Quick answers
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 working days after payment is received. Any different delivery times are stated on the product page. Delivery to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands is free.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal. We can provide return labels on request. If you use them, you pay no more than €5 in total per return, even for several parcels; if the actual costs are lower, you pay the lower amount. Alternatively, you can arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.
Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will check whether it is still possible before dispatch.
