How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Shipping to Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands is free of charge. The regular delivery time is 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. You can find deviating delivery times on the respective product page. We ship to other European countries upon request.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I return my order?

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your cancellation. Upon request, you will receive a return label for €5. Alternatively, you can organize and pay for the return shipment yourself to the address we provide.
