Information on the right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We voluntarily extend the statutory withdrawal period to a total of 30 days. The following terms also apply to the extended period. This extension does not restrict your statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days:
- for a single delivery, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods;
- for multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item;
- for goods delivered in several consignments or parts, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last consignment or part.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our “Withdraw from contract” function. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. This excludes supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we or a recipient authorised by us have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
We will provide the designated returns address by email on request. Please contact us at info@nestful.de. The return must be sent to the recipient designated by us and authorised to receive it.
Requesting the returns address and obtaining prior confirmation from us are not conditions for a valid declaration of withdrawal. You will not be held responsible for delays in returning the goods caused by our failure to provide the returns address promptly.
Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
On request, we will provide a return shipping label or the return shipping labels required.
If you use the return shipping labels we provide, your contribution to the costs is a single total charge of €5.00 per return. This also applies if several parcels or labels are required for that return. We cover any costs of the labels we provide above this amount. If the actual direct return shipping costs are less than €5.00, we charge only the lower amount.
If you use the labels provided, your contribution will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We do not charge any additional handling or restocking fee.
Use of our return shipping labels is voluntary. You may also arrange to send the goods to the returns address provided yourself. In that case, you bear the costs charged by your chosen carrier and no contribution for our labels is payable.
Diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Defective or incorrectly supplied goods
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods exist independently of the right of withdrawal. In the case of a justified complaint concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we bear the necessary return shipping costs that we are legally required to cover. The €5.00 contribution described above does not apply in these cases.
